Heat set to peak

Heat set to peak

by Kent Weather Tuesday, July 24 2012

Are you ready for another sunny and hot day? I sure hope so as we have clear skies once again with pretty much unbroken sunshine. Going to be feeling hot inland where highs can reach 28-30°C in light winds. If your not a fan of such hot temperatures, head to the coasts which will see temperatures around 25, maybe 26°C. Pollen count today is high, with moderate UV levels (5).

A little mist around the coasts this evening but another clear night to come with lows of 12°C.

Wednesday is expected to be the last of the hot days as it is expected we start to see a trend to cooler temperatures from here on. But we still have to get through Wednesday which is potentially the hottest day to come of this summery spell. Clear skies once again through out the day, a little cloud during the afternoon but does not amount to much. Light winds and temperatures across the county of 28-31°C, I wouldn't rule out 32°C in sheltered locations as an un-official observation. High pollen count and moderate (5) UV levels.

Another clear night follows though feeling a little humid with lows of 14°C.
